Cancellation policy
The customer has the right to cancel a confirmed order free of charge up to one week (7 days) before the event, unless otherwise stated in the offer.
Payment terms
Payment terms according to agreement. For invoicing, the customer must provide billing details with references in advance.
Number of guests
The customer confirms the number of guests and any special dietary requirements one week before the event, unless otherwise agreed in the offer. This confirmed number of guests will be used as the basis for invoicing. If the number of guests increases by more than 10% from the confirmed amount, the service provider has the right to charge reasonable compensation for the additional work caused.
Special arrangements
If the service provider makes special arrangements or orders services from a third party (music, decorations, etc.) according to the offer, the service provider has the right to charge the customer in full for the costs incurred in case of cancellation.
Damages
The person making the reservation is fully responsible for any damages caused to Ranch Catering.
Complaints
Any complaints must be submitted on the first working day following the event to Restaurant Ranch or by email at asiakaspalvelu@ranch.fi.
Alternative dispute resolution for consumer disputes
If a dispute related to a sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board. The website of the Consumer Disputes Board is www.kuluttajariita.fi
Force majeure
Ranch Catering is not liable for damages caused by strikes, lockouts, interruption of public transport, fire, power outages, or other circumstances beyond Ranch Catering’s control (force majeure). If the conditions or schedule of the event change due to reasons beyond Ranch Catering’s control, Ranch Catering reserves the right to make changes to the event pricing.
Kajaanin Ranch Oy reserves the right to make changes to ordering and delivery terms as well as price lists.
