The legal basis for processing personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation is the maintenance of the online service and restaurant table reservations. The purpose of processing personal data is customer communication and maintaining customer relationships. The data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.

The data stored in the register includes: the person’s name, phone number and email address. IP addresses of website visitors and cookies necessary for the functionality of the service are processed based on legitimate interest, for example to ensure security and to collect visitor statistics when they can be considered personal data. Consent is requested separately for third-party cookies when required.

The data stored in the register is obtained from the customer, for example, through messages sent via website forms, by email, by phone, through social media services, from agreements, customer meetings, and other situations in which the customer provides their information. Contact details of representatives of companies and other organizations may also be collected from public sources such as websites, directory services, and other companies.

Due care is taken in processing the register, and the information handled through information systems is appropriately protected.
